New York, May 3, 2017 – U.S. business students named L’Oréal in the top 20 of the Universum "Most Attractive Employers” rankings. This annual talent attraction index compiles the results of a student survey taken between October 2016 and February of 2017 and represents the career and employer preferences from 81,102 U.S. students from 359 universities and 170 different areas of study.
L’Oréal placed 17 out of 100 employers assessed by U.S. business students across criteria including work-life balance, creativity, stability and opportunities for leadership.

We are always evolving and reinventing ourselves to offer a diversity of career paths for students entering the workplace, whether it be incubating consumer technology, leading the digital revolution or combining economic growth with sustainable development.”

The connected workplace is designed to create an enhanced collaborative environment that reflects a culture focused on innovation, learning, growth and sustainability, signaling a new chapter for the world beauty leader and its portfolio of more than 30 iconic brands.
